Danita Merrell

Founder & Principal

Danita Merrell founded Merrell Capital to close the gap between business owners and the lenders they apply to. She works directly with clients on entity structure, business credit, financial documentation and funding strategy — the four things that decide most underwriting outcomes before a human ever reads the application.

Her approach is diagnostic rather than promotional: score the profile, name the gaps, sequence the work, and be honest about what is achievable and when. Clients leave knowing how their own funding profile is read, not just what to click next.

Merrell Capital is not a lender and does not sell approvals. Every engagement is consulting and education aimed at making the business genuinely fundable.
